STONX is a simulated stock trading game platform. The Service allows users to participate in virtual trading competitions using simulated portfolios and real-time market data. Key points:

• No real money is involved in any trades or transactions within games.
• All portfolios, balances, and trades are entirely simulated and virtual.
• Market data displayed is sourced from third-party providers and is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only.
• STONX does not facilitate, broker, or execute any real securities transactions.

3. Not Financial or Investment Advice

The Service is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of professional advice. 4. Account Registration & Eligibility

• Manipulate or exploit game mechanics in ways that undermine fair competition.

6. Games & Competitions

Games on STONX are virtual trading competitions with rules set by game creators. By joining a game, you agree to abide by the specific rules of that game, including but not limited to:

• Starting balance and trading restrictions.
• Game duration and schedule.
• Maximum number of players.
• Any sector, stock, or trading restrictions set by the game creator.

Game results, leaderboards, and rankings are based on simulated performance and carry no real-world financial value. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or end any game at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, graphics, and content, is owned by STONX and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Market data, stock symbols, company names, and logos displayed within the Service are trademarks or property of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including but not limited to Apple Sign In for authentication and market data providers for stock information. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• Market data, stock prices, or any information displayed will be accurate, complete, or current.
• Simulated trading results will reflect or predict actual market performance.
• Any defects in the Service will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STONX AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
